Oxygenate is built and run by Sébastien Bourgeois, based between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, with over 20 years managing international business operations across China and Southeast Asia.
Sébastien leads a dedicated team of experts, each specialized in their own field — sourcing and quality control, compliance and regulatory affairs, logistics and trade, and on-the-ground coordination in China and Southeast Asia. Every client project is backed by real, hands-on expertise, not a single generalist trying to cover every field alone.
The work spans electronics and mobile accessories, new technology products, food & beverage (including wine), medical devices, trademark and registration matters, international trade, logistics, and the administrative groundwork that makes all of it actually functional — all operated through Oxygenate Zhongguo Industry Limited, based in Shenzhen.
